Strapless Y2K Prom Dress & Shrug Set. 90s / y2k vintage strapless bodycon formal dress & long sleeve shrug in a deep blue floral lacy fabric.

Pull-over, fully lined tube dress with back slit. Size: labeled M; estimated modern XS/S; it definitely does have stretch, but for best fit, mind the measurements (stretch range is there).

Very good vintage condition; I'd just say there are very light signs of wear, as this sort of fabric can get a fuzzy bit here or there; it's not noticeable, though-it all blends in. One other note: the previous owner reinforced the top of the slit with some additional stitches, none of which can be seen when the dress is worn-you'd have to turn it inside out Measurements (taken flat) : -Dress. Pit to pit: 15.5-17.5".
